so if your property is valued at under £150,000 it is likely

Semi detached houses are also
attractive to us as they tend to be a mid-market property,
often with families. This means that you are more likely to
be a stable tenant who will respect the property and would
like to stay in your home for a number of years.
Detached
Detached properties can often attract a
premium, especially if they are well located. We are
interested in purchasing your home particularly if it is a
modern property on a new housing estate. We will of course
look at all properties of this type however if it exceeds
£300,000 in value we may contact our list of investors for
you. Our extensive investor contacts look for this type of
property and will be in a position to purchase swiftly.
Leasehold & Freehold
flats
If you own a flat or apartment we will be very happy to
purchase it from you and rent it back to you. Freehold flats
are now quite rare and can have associated legal issues,
however we may still be able to purchase it and you will be
able to stay as a tenant.
