us the annual rental charge, we then divide by 52 to give a
weekly payment figure.
For example a £70,000 property with an 7% yield would
require payments of £4900 per year divided by 52 weeks =
£94.23 per week
If the mortgage was £40,000 we could
release £30,000 which could be invested at 5% ( we can
introduce you to an online service which can pay 5% and more
on your investment)
If you offset the interest
earned on £30,000 which is £1500 per year or £28.84 per week
@5% you would have reduced your figure to
£65.39
