Rent Back Investments Ltd was formed as an evolution and
partner company to our existing property development company
Premier Real Estate Ltd. Premier Real Estate develops
new build sites and converts existing properties for sale.
Company Directors Martin and Sarah Parker are based in Devon
and have invested
privately in property in the UK and abroad for a number of years.
We have
experience in new build, buy to let, rent back & holiday lets in
the UK, Spain, Portugal and Turkey.
Rent Back Investments Ltd.
As Buy to Let investors, we noticed that a number of
properties were coming onto the market which were only being
sold to raise funds for the vendor rather than an actual
requirement to move. With this in mind we formed Rent Back
Investments Ltd. to give vendors the opportunity to sell
their property but stay in their homes. This gave the seller
the extra funds required and there was no disruption to
their family. We have also found that property owners who sell and rent back
tend to make good tenants. Existing owners have a personal
connection with their property and have often lived in the
same house for many years. This means that they look after
their home and it is a good indicator that they are happy
with the surrounding area.
We strongly believe that our tenants are our customers so
we strive to offer excellent customer service. We aim to build a long term
partnership with our tenants and hope that they will stay
